Initial Provisions

By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your personal data by SCETRON, s.r.o., TIN: 03840271, with its registered office at Sokolska 1868/20, Prague 2, 12000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). The following personal data will be processed:

- First and last name
- Company name
- Email
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Billing address

The Controller processes the first and last name, company name, phone number, delivery address, billing address, and email for the purpose of sending the ordered goods, providing services, processing payments, issuing accounting documents, conducting customer competitions, and sending business and marketing communications. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years from the last order.

You give your explicit consent to the above processing. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the Controller’s contact details.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

- Withdraw your consent at any time,
- Request information on what personal data we process about you,
- Request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
- Request access to your personal data and have it updated or corrected,
- Request the deletion of your personal data,
